Interpreting the brief We have been asked by the BBC To create a Documentary to Show the theme of “Culture in the digital age”. This will be a 10-15 minute Documentary which will show how the culture of technology has impacted young people. This will be made for BBC Three and BBC England to help Launch 'Northern Voices' . Northern voices is the development scheme for the north of England . My primary target audience for this project is young people aged 16-24 years old.
